At the time of booking, Speckled Trout Outfitters takes full payment.

If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please do so at least 10 days before the date of your trip. If you cancel inside of 10 days, you will lose 50% of the trip cost. If you cancel within 72 hours of the trip, you will lose 100% of the trip cost. (Please note: this is to protect the time of our guides who have blocked their calendars for said trip(s), as you are booking time with a guide, not a time slot on the river). We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule. In the event of inclement weather, your guide will decide whether to cancel as necessary for safety and we will reschedule for a later date or provide a full refund. We will do our best to accommodate a re-booking as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we ask that you do so within 12 months of your original trip date.
