You'll spend seven days fishing the legendary Jurubaxi River — all 170 miles of it — accessible only through an exclusive agreement with local villages that ensures virtually no fishing pressure on this trophy water. The Jurubaxi is world famous for producing some of the biggest peacock bass on the planet, and this fishery is widely considered the likeliest place to produce the next world record. Travel aboard the Kallua II, a 57-foot hotel boat that serves as your floating basecamp, navigating remote tributaries that larger vessels can't reach. Explosive topwater strikes, brilliant colors, powerful fights, and the raw wilderness of the Amazon — this is a bucket-list trip for any serious angler.

Your Floating Basecamp
The Kallua II is a purpose-built hotel boat providing full lodging comfort and the infrastructure to reach prime, almost untouched fishing hotspots along the rivers of the Amazon. With a mere 75 cm draft, she navigates shallow tributaries that larger vessels can't access — putting you on water that most anglers will never see. Five private rooms accommodate up to 8 guests. After a full day on the water, return to the boat for chef-prepared meals, cold drinks from the on-board bartender, and the sounds of the Amazon at night.

A Second Week May Be Available
Due to strong interest, a second week (October 27 – November 3, 2028) may become available for an additional group of anglers. Both weeks fall during peak peacock bass season when water levels are typically ideal for targeting trophy fish. If you're interested in either week, contact us early — spots are limited and these dates will fill.
